Project

As part of the UX team behind Rayo, Bauer Media’s all-in-one radio app, I led the design of the premium upsell experience—a flow that encourages users to upgrade for a more seamless, ad-free listening journey.

From early research and user interviews to design exploration and testing, I crafted an experience that balances clarity, value messaging, and conversion. The final flow not only reflects Rayo’s brand voice but also empowers users to make confident, informed upgrade decisions without friction.

Result
